Chef Rubio at Milan Design Week 2017

It took him 7 years to give life to a project that came to his mind while on
a trip to London.
It is called Origami Italiani.
Together with designer Filippo Protasoni and Circus they created what is expected to be an innovative concept of taking your fresh past home.
15 tortelli in a triangled designed box.
5 for each person.
Your main course is ready to be cooked.
Chef Rubio himself says that it is a respectful way of transporting your food.

The package is indeed well designed, it fits perfectly the 15 tortelli where it gives you the possibility of taking home, or a dinner party if you may. It will make you look really cool and foodie.
