FRESH PASTA – (available all year round) – where you will have the opportunity to get your hands on the job making fresh pasta with eggs from our locals’ hen house, local products to prepare the fillings, all in company of a true Italian mamma to lead you through. Afterwards everyone will enjoy a delicious meal together with local red wine to complete the feast experience.
PIZZA – (available on spring/ early summer/ early fall) – an open air experience by the wood fired oven making pizza. Learning how to prepare the dough, rolling it, choosing toppings and most fun part of it….eating it! It is a great experience where you enjoy with a glass of wine or beer.
PICCOLA PASTICCERIA – (available all year round) – Our Italian mamma will take you through the preparation methods of a series of dry tuscan pastries. Yes, some cantuccini are surely on the list! All to be tasted later in the day with a smooth tasting of vin Santo.
