You have until December 28th to enjoy this fantastic experience of tasting chef Saiko’s creations. You don’t need to go for a meal at one of the restaurants at Rosewood Hotel, but her pop up store. A huge hit, specially with Christmas coming up.
I had the chance to speak to her and she shared that this is a project trial and conversations to evaluate if to keep the store as part of the hotel are ongoing.
So for now if you are in São Paulo do go and have a coffee with one of her incredible and mesmerizing creations.
